We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Through our relationship with shipping companies, we offer the most competitive rates available.
When you place an order, our software provides you a variety of estimates on shipping and delivery dates. Prices and shipping dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Depending on the shipping provider you select, the estimated shipping date may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping rates for most of the items we sell are weight-based. Shipping weights are rounded up to the nearest pound. The weight of each item is available on its product detail page. (Listed in a chart below?)
*Please note: There are restrictions on some products to certain destinations in the US and international destinations.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You will receive your refund within 4 weeks of the receipt of your package by the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Refund processing time includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- Return processing time after the package is received (3 to 5 business days)
- Bank processing time after receiving the refund request (5 to 10 business days)
